Vinta's Way of Work

People are Meaningful

We believe that people are the most important variable in software engineering. Not processes, not code. Our culture is horizontal and focused on self-improvement, with open communication at the heart of our process.

Want to work with amazing people, build cutting-edge products to the best companies in the US and contribute to Open Source communities? Then Vinta is the perfect place for you!

We Stand For Minorities

IT market is traditionally white, male and elitist. It's wrong that the power and the tools to design the future are concentrated on the hands of a privileged few. At Vinta, we're proud to offer career opportunities to groups that have been systematically hindered by sexism, racism and prejudice, in the hopes of building a more inclusive and diverse work environment.

If you are part of any minority we strongly encourage you to apply for an open position! We will review your submission carefully, and in case you don't make it through the hiring process we will provide a feedback so you know where to improve for the next time you try.

BE PART OF OUR TEAM

Women

In Brazil, women are the majority in schools and universities and represent 60% of the people who have a university degree. Despite this, in STEM, they represent only 20% of the quantitative. This scenario is present not only in Brazil but all over the world. In tech areas, it’s no different. IT is still a mostly male world. We strongly believe in diversity and know a lot of work is still required towards equality in tech. To help change this context, we support female communities like PyLadies and Django Girls. We also actively engage in actions and events that empower women.
Come help us make a difference in the IT market!

LGBTQI+

No one should be judged by their gender or sexuality. It's outrageous that some still need to fight for such a basic right. We at Vinta are aware of how difficult it can be for people who identify as LGBTQI+ to find a place to work where they feel safe, respected and heard. We do our best to provide that kind of environment and are happy to take feedbacks to learn and improve.
Regardless of your gender identity or sexuality, we would love to have you in our team!

Black People

In Brazil, more than half of the population identify as black, a statistic that clearly does not replicate in higher education. The gap is even larger in the IT market. We want to change this. We understand that calling out is not enough, we want to learn with you and empower people to drive real change! If you recognize yourself as a black person, please know that we want to work with you!
